Fashion Masks That Give Back

Protective fashion masks that give back

June 3rd, 2020

Fashion Masks have arrived.

As world renowned fashion designers take the lead by cutting their runway shows in half and stores gear up for virtual buys, we have to accept that fashion is in the midst of a cultural redesign.

That’s where designer duo Caroline Berti & Karen Sabag come in.

Caroline is a sustainable fashion designer of @HallowedbyBerti and adjunct professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Karen is a couture bridal designer at @KarenSabagOfficial.

In February of this year, the duo began their zero profit initiative, Sew 4 Lives.

Together with many volunteers across the east coast, Sew 4 Lives has donated over 15,000 protective masks to essential workers and those in need.

With recognition from Italian Vogue & Essence, Sew 4 Lives has quickly become well-known for giving back.

This duo has been able to maintain creativity by starting their own line of fashion masks exclusive to Gwynns.com. For every mask purchased, a mask will be donated to immunocompromised children and/or essential workers in need.

As a luxury department store in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Gwynn’s hopes to navigate these times while staying true to it’s charitable DNA.

Shop the exclusive line of masks on Gwynns.com.

Give back through fashion.
